They are blank on the inside but contain a greeting stamped on the front with various stickers (no repeated sticker combinations make each note card different from the next). These greetings include: Happy Birthday, Get well soon, Thank you, Congratulations, With love, Just for you, and Thinking of you. Each sample set contains 7 note cards and 7 sealable envelopes.
